I have recently been tasked with setting up some monitoring on one of my users. I know that in the Exchange world you can set up mailboxes for compliancy (at least you used to be able to the last time I administered an Exchange box). I'm looking for that same functionality in Kerio. I know that I can forward all incoming messages to another user but I also need to be able to capture all outbound messages.

I looked through the forums and could only find old solutions that walked me through steps that include screens and menus that no longer exist.

How would I go about doing this?

I believe the only way to capture outgoing mail is to enable archiving in 'Archiving and Backup'

shtaffa, be sure to check the legality of what you plan to do before you do anything.

archiving is the only way and it's tricky to capture one user's messages.
