We are creating a VB Script in 2010 Excel to Email a spreadsheet tab, which have working with an Outlook 2010 account that is a POP user account, but when we use the routine with a Outlook 2010 KOC user the email is never sent. We are using:

Set OutApp = CreateObject("Outlook.Application")
Set OutMail = OutApp.CreateItem(0)

In our VB could. Would this be correct or should we be using another method.

Edited after posting..

This ended up being a non-issue, discovered that the programmer was not including the domain name and the To: line being used was in his contacts, so it didn't work on other systems.

Monitor can delete is so desired.
