Hi, I'm new to Kerio Connect. I am currently testing a demo. What I need to try and fathom out is how multiple users can send and receive the same email account. And if possible across multiple domains.

Please help as I don't like to be beaten before I even begin.

Thanks,

Each user has own e-mail account - ie. multiple logins to same mailbox are not allowed.
Using data of another user is possible via sharing of personal folders or using public folders. Sharing across domains is possible, incl. public folders.
If your users need same e-mail address, configure group for these users or multiple aliases and set custom From: address in your e-mail clients.
For more, see Administrator's Guide.
