We want to use Winroute for our network. Our network is small; a 2008R2 server which is a domain controller also DNS, file server, active directory, DHCP and NAT installed.
The server has 2 network cards, one for local ( and one for the internet connection( The whole network is working well now. We want to use Winroute mainly for bandwidth limitation and caching.
My basic question:
Can we Install Winroute on this DC server or it must be on another computer and we should move the Internet network card to that computer? We prefer not to add another computer or virtual machine.
