I have the archive feature turned on, on my 10.6 Mac server. I just moved all of the archived folders to an external Hard Drive. I want to delete these folders from the server, but I want to test reading the emails from the external hard drive first. How do I do this. Currently I just log onto the email web interface via the admin account.

I'd suggest creating an alias to each of those folders and placing that in the appropriate directory.

It might be easier simply to point the archive task to the external drive-then it should work just as it does now.

Cheers,
Jon
