It used to be sporadic disconnection, but now my VIP user can't connect to his mailbox.

I have tried everything i can think of.

Mac Mail syncs fine.
Web Access is fine.
rebuilt the profile.
all patches (server & desktop) are all up to date.

any ideas?

For those keeping score, updated to latest patch (7.3.2 build 6388) still no luck.

Kerio support have no suggestions.

Just a follow up, in case anyone is in a similar situation.

bottom line is, nobody could find issue with the account. my suspicion was corrupted calendar items from an outside source. no matter the cause, i needed a solution.

here's what i did:

deleted the account, left the files in place (that's an option on deleting).

in terminal, renamed the folder.

recreated account with same name (this gave the new account the same email address / ID as before).

logged in via webmail. everything is good.

opened both accounts (user and user.old) in outlook, copied address book, email, etc from one account to another. selectively took calendar appointments (from now going forward).

so far so good.
