I want to be able to monitor (jump in a call without indicating the caller or the callee of my presence) calls on my Kerio Operator server. I think will add a simple authentication method once the basic needs are met, so that only authorised people can monitor the calls. Can some one please provide me some guidance in this regard?

This functionality is not yet supported in Operator 1.2 nor it is in the plan for the next major version, Operator 2.0. You may propose as a new feature using the "Suggest Idea" function from Operator's admin GUI.

What kind of monitoring you mean? To hear the conversation?
Or just see what kind calls are made live. because that's already there

I believe Gagik was refering to channel spying which allows you to listen to any active conversation.

And what about privacy law?
I know for sure it's in NL forbidden.
