Kerio Connect 7.3.1 patch 2. Some users are getting e-mails that they have almost used up their e-mail quote when it is clear that it is not the case. Any idea why this is happening. We are all using Apple's Mail.app client, though I don't see why that would be causing the problem.

Has anyone else seen this problem?

You might try rebuilding the user's index in the interface, which I believe also resets the storage stats for the user.

The stats can be off is you deleted any mail by hand on the server, or the index file on the server is bad.

We did have this happen to one user and resetting the stats file cured it. This was pre-7.3 and it had to be done by hand.
