We are preparing to upgrade Kerio Connect 7.1.4 to 7.3.2. The server platform is Windows 2003 Server, and clients are Windows XP or Windows 7 with Outlook 2003/2007/2010 and KOFF.

I have reviewed the documentation that I can find on Kerio's support site that addresses the various issues with this upgrade (e.g. potentially time-consuming rebuild of the KOFF cache), but I've also seen some reports in this forum of other problems that are not addressed in any tech support articles that I've found (e.g. hundreds of "orphaned" deleted email messages being "recovered" into users' mailboxes when the upgrade reindexes mailboxes).

Is anyone aware of any such "gotchas" in the upgrade, any "tips and traps" on how to avoid or resolve such problems if they occur?

Thanks,
Doug Percival
