Is there a bug in WebMail? When I get an "Acknowledge Received" on Webmail and click to acknowledged, Webmail send an email back to the sender but email FROM header is empty, this pose a problem for receiving mail server and it will reject the mail and flag it as it is a black-hold email.

Anyone has this problem?

An empty From: field is correct on autogenerated mails. If the receiving server is rejecting it, something is wrong with the server. There is technically no difference between a Non Delivery Report ("bounces") and a Delivery Report. Take a look at the headers the next time a mailserver (of any type) sends you a bounce; it's either from MAILER-DAEMON, postmaster or "<>" (i.e. empty).

An empty From: field or a mail lacking the From: field altogether is not a valid reason for rejection. To:, From: and Subject: are completely optional fields and aren't technically part of the SMTP protocol. Your friend on the other side of the internet have misunderstood something or is filtering too strictly.

Delivery Reports and Non Delivery Reports is supposed to have empty from fields for a reason; so that bounces on them have nowhere to go. Nothing makes scantily clad supermodels shy away from you as double-bouncing. It's evil.
