The request is defined by method Domains.get and an array of params describing some of the values you are interested in.

For example, we will list only domain's id, name and description. We will list all available domains sorted by name ascending.

Example usage:
$params = array(
	"query" => array(
		"fields" => array(
		"start" => 0,
		"limit" => -1,
		"orderBy" => array(array(
			"columnName" => "name",
			"direction" => "Asc"
$result = $api->sendRequest('Domains.get', $params);
$domainsList = $result['list'];

foreach ($domainsList as $domain) { ... }

All available domain fields are defined in product documentation (IDL files) shipped with Kerio Connect, o_1_1jsonapi_1_1admin_1_1_domain.html).

You can download the complete example in PHP on Kerio Developer Zone.
