Hey guys

I am doing this for friend in a test environment. We're moving from Sherweb 2010 potentially, only 3-4 boxes. I was wondering if there is a best practice guide?

I imagine step one:
1) Copy all mail to PST
2) Install KOFF connector
3) setup new target server
4) create mailboxes
5) ?

Now the question - can my offline store still live (OST exchange) while I create a new KOFF account, or do I have to destroy that? It would be nice to be able to just create the KOFF box, then move mail at my leisure from the offline box. Overall, there's only a few GB's of mail between the users.

Thanks!

Bah, looks like a new profile is required.

Yes, it needs a new profil. But you can setup a profile question before starting Outlook.
Maybe you can use the imap tool to load from the hosted Exchange server.
I'm not sure if the Exchange migration tool will work, but I think it won't. Needs administrative rights.
