Hello, at our company we upgraded Kerio Connect to version 7.3. With older Kerio Connect installed on company server I had no problem with using my Nokia e52 (with "Mail for Exchange" installed in my Nokia) to view my buissenes email, calendar, contacts ... on my mobile devices . After upgrading our company server with new KerioConnect 7.3 this is no longer possible. I tried allso with "DataViz RoadSync" but no success. With our company administrator we tried different variety of settings (Server Name, Domain etc.) but no success synchronization failed. I don't know what to do and I kindly ask you for your help.
Best,

Klement from Slovenia

Debug log should help you, especially modules "ActiveSync synchronization", "User Authentication", "Network connections and SSL".

If I use RoadSync (I removed Mail for exchange from mobile device during using RoadSync) I can View a log file, where it is written:

symbian Error: (-39) system error
***sync failed!

(PS.: I think that I install cerificate from Kerio correctly?
BUT I'M NOT SURE IF THE CERTIFICATE IS IN ".DER" FORMAT..where can I get the correct format?)

Previous Topic: API login doesn't work
