Hi,

when i call at the office and i input 25 to reach extension 25,

the sound that it's making when it's calling the local extension is like if it wouldn't work, it's a strange buzzing sound.

is there any way to use a regular ringing sound instead?

Hi,

there shouldn't be a buzzing sound.

Can you please send to jzeman<_at_>kerio.com packet dump from Operator while you can see the sound.

You can find the packet sniffer in menu Configuration -> System -> Packet Sniffer

well it's not a buzzing sound ...

the sound that it makes looks like the line was busy instead of the usual ringing sound..

sometimes my client think i'm busy on the line but it's not!
