Hi Everyone,

good day, i was hoping you guys could help me out with this. I am really new at working with Kerio Connect and therefore not quite sure where to look for. I have a client who uses Outlook 2010 on her desktop via Kerio Connect Version 7.3.1 patch 2 build 6199, someone using Lotus Notes (which version is being asked at the moment) send her an Calendar Entry, she couldn't open it via Outlook but she was able to read the text via web interface. Is this still a common problem with Lotus Notes ( iahve seen a link in your forum with a similar issue, but due to this being my first post am not allowed to post links, so sorry for that =) ) or do you have any other hints for me?

Lots of thanks in advance, best wishes from here and a great day

DT

By the Way does anyone have usefull hints on free tutorials/video tutorials (youtube?) on Kerio Connect?

Hi Brad,

good day, as far as i was able to research this topic it is a problem with Lotus Notes and not with Kerio, i never got any technical feedback from our partner, just a hint that their company isn't much into updating software on time leaving me to assume that their Lotus Notes Version is outdated. Maybe check on your contact, possibly it's nothing you or i can solve as long as our partners don't update their Software. We have updated to Kerio 7.4 last week, i will check with my colleague if the update has brought any positive effects with it concerning the Lotus/Calendar issue. Will keep you posted.

cheers
