Same issue here with 7.3.1 patch 2 and Safari and occasionally with firefox 10-11 or IE 8/9.
Any ideas how to solve this problem?

TIA,
Lionel

This is the first I've heard of Kerio Webmail crashed in FF. I've been using it in FF 9, 10, 11 all the way up to FF 14.0a1, and it never crashed.

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall your FF? You may also want to check your browser to see if the JavaScript is enabled or any content-filtering add-ons that may block the JS execution (i.e.: Adblock).

Since it works fine in Webmail Mini, which does not require CSS and JS, and not functional in Webmail; lead me to believe that you may have issues with the JS on your browser.

Did your browser pass this test?

Thanks for your input.

Yesterday I talked to all affected users once again and it seems that this issue only occurs
in IE and Safari.

Out of curiosities, I've tried all browsers, and I can't make any of them crashed whilst using Webmail.

Safari - 5.1.5 (7534.55.3)
Google Chrome - 19.0 (1077.3)
IE 8 and 9
Firefox - 11.00 (32-bit) and 14.00a1 (64-bit)
Opera - 11.61 (1250) (32-bit)
Opera-Labs-OOPP - 12.00 (1293) (64-bit)
Pale Moon (11.0.1) (32 and 64-bit)

Sorry, this is something that you need to report to Kerio support.
It looks like a variable was not defined in their codes.
