I need to migrate from local users accounts to active directory accounts. What should i do ? How could i keep old email adress and create a new alias for each user.

Example:
Have usr<_at_>domain.com (local)
Need u.ser<_at_>domain.ru (same as AD login u.ser with AD passwd)

It's been covered many times on the forum. Do a search.
The basics are:

1. Create the new domain and the new users
2. Delete the old user, but move the old user's mail to the new account (http://manuals.kerio.com/kms/en/sect-remaccount.html)
3. Create aliases in the old domain which points to the accounts in the new domain.
