I have the WS 2.0 version loaded, but don't understand the client. I thought it was suppose to have drag and drop capability i.e. desktop synch? I don't have any folders in the client and don't see anyway ro get them in there. I was thinking it would show my existing folders in the client? All buttons are greyed out? See attachment

Hi,
at first, open context-menu of a file library in web application and click on Synchronize to My Computer. Then, the file library appears in Workspace Client File Library Manager and files from the file library will be synchronized to your computer, if there are any. From now on, if you drop a file into the file library folder in File Library Manager then the file will be synchronized and appears in the file library in web application. Of course, you can synchronize more than one file library.

OK got that... It seems a little strange that you have to share a file in order for a space or page to be shared. This means you cannot share a space or page that has yet to have content added.
My issue is we're hoping to scan documents directly to WS using the client...

It is not required for any files to be in the File Library.. You simply have to create the File Library component in the Workspace web interface, then from the File Library menu, choose "Synchronize to My Computer". This will synchronize that folder to your desktop and then you can start dropping files directly into that folder. The folder is located under ..user/Kerio Workspace/"Name of File Library".
