Recently upgraded Kerio connect to the latest version (7.3.2-6388). Been running fine for about a week now, but lately on the client side (who are using the Kerio outlook connector) are receiving this error:

network error occured. kerio connect is not accessible
0x80041200: er_network_fail

There doesn't appear to be any sort of network problem on our system and when checking the mail server (where Kerio connect is installed) there seems to be no problem either.

A way around this is to simply stop and start the Kerio connect or restart the server, then all is working Fine again.
Though this isn't a fix, any ideas/help would be appreciated
