We have multiple users, with multiple domains on our server. Recently we discover users created a month or so ago were being delete automatically. No logs. The users can be recreated and all personally folders and email remain intact. Anyone else experience this before?

How are these users created? Through directory sync or are you creating them directly through the Kerio WebAdmin?

I have never seen user automatically delete, even if they have not been used for years.

Users are stored in the

users.cfg

file. Has this been accidently restored to an older version or overwritten? You can also look into it with an text editor and check if the user is still in there.
