Hi,

We have an iPhone with Bria softphone installed.

We upgraded Operator to 1.2.0 when it was release and have had an issue where the Bria says Registered, can call other extensions and externally but any calls to that extension go direct to voicemail.

Looking at the Extensions in Operator - the phone is Offline even though it can dial out.

My HTC with CSIPSimple and our hardphones are all fine.

Any ideas???

Tks

Could you send us a packet dump that shows your Bria's registration with Operator? It looks like the registration fails from Operator's point of view and the incoming calls go to voicemail. When Bria calls out, Operator asks it to authenticate again, so the outbound calls may work.
