Hi,

Is it possible to make some dummy phones?
I want to make a dummy phone that is online. So that i can register the phone in the call queues but on the dummy phone i configure a forward to my mobile.

i want my office phone ringing on the same time as my mobile phone.

thanks.

Marcel,

Why don't you create a extension connect extension and speeddial with advanced forward?
Will be the same result. Deskphone and Mobile will ring together.

Hi Carlo,

sorry for the late reply.. i was verry busy

That is a good idea and a good solution.
you make a user with a extension number and on the user you make a advanced forwarding to a direct number and my mobile phone.

only i miss 1 thing.
If i want to pick up with my mobile phone then i like to get first a message (announcement) before i get the client on the phone. (íf i want to pick up with the iphone on the carkit it take 2 a 3 seconds before i get the line).
tha't why i make a call Que.

have you a solutions for that Smile??

thnks
marcel
