Grato.

Hello.
We have no tool which would export file names and folder structures. The information about file names and folder structures is saved in the database. File content is saved in files on the disk.

One of the reasons why files on disk have no real names is that one file can be connected with mutliple records in database (e.g. when two users upload the same file under different names to Workspace)

We have filled a suggestion that you would like to have some export tool, which will help you migrate to another system.

Is the answer sufficient for you?

Tomas

Tomas bom dia.

Obrigado.

Tomas good day.
looks, the workspace is a fantastic tool, but even so I would not want to be stuck with an application (for which he is best). Imagine having to migrate 30,000 and having to rename files one by one, would be an arduous task.
I'll buy a license with distributors in Sao Paulo (Brazil) and migrate my files, but the certainty that Kerio's a tool for this purpose.
Sorry is the insistence that I consider this an important issue

Thank you.
