HI All!
I got a problem with webmail interface and some users with big mailboxes (several thousands messages and no subfolders, like 7 or 8 gb of mail) .
The webmail interface started running slow, and sometimes halts, when a few of those users logged id.
Does anyone knows how to improve the webmail interface responsiveness ?
I think i found a workaround, but it is just a guess, and i am not comfortable with guessing on production systems. i did the following:
Searching on mailserver.cfg, i found the following variable:
<variable name="PHPMemoryLimit">384</variable> .
i just update the value to 768, restart kerio and try the webmail. it seems to be running fine, and faster, but i would like to know exactly why ?
i am inferring that this increase the memory for the whole php engine running the webmail. is there any other variable to modify so my webmail users will be happy users ?

tks for your help!
rulo
