Add https://*.google.* in URL groups. And you can do deny/allow in HTTP policy.

There is a traffic rule example available on demo.kerio.com explaining how to block HTTPs/Google.

This is not practical to use at all. You will end up blocking huge number of IPs due to this. Also, how are we going to find IP range of all the sites under each category? (Referring to web filter categories)

There should be really simpler way to handle this. Not sure why it's so difficult for companies like Kerio to implement it.
