by mistake I didn't upgrade virtual hardware on Kerio Connect Vmware Virtual Appliance ver 7.3.2
It is version 4 instead ver. 8
I migrated Kerio connect from windows host to virtual appliance flawlesly.
Network cards are flexible in ver. 4; i want to "upgrade" them to vmxnet (10 Gb).
Can I expect any problems?
Does Kerio Control virtual appliance support vmxnet adapters?

OK.
I powered off the Kerio Connect VM.
Created snapshot.
Upgraded virtual hardware to latest version (8 in my case).
Removed network cards from the system (we have two) but before that copied mac addresses (for each card) in txt file.
After that added new network cards (only flexible and E1000 are supported in Kerio Connect Vmware Virtual Appliance ver 7.3.2)
entered manual values for mac addresses
started the vm.
Voila.
Now its working.
My main problem with flexible eth. was that VDR (data recovery) was taking about 11 hours for 300 GB disks (100 GB actual data)
Now it is working better (much faster).

Any hlp with installation of vmware tools on Kerio Connect Vmware Virtual Appliance ver 7.3.2 would be appreciated.

VMware tools can't be installed on Kerio Connect Vmware Virtual Appliance ver 7.3.2.
We just tried - installation is working but initialisation of the tools fails after rebooting the vm.
Obviously third party tools should be unistalled before installation...
Anyway we decided to build the new mail server on Debian with vmxnet and proper vmware tools and then migrate Appliance MTA to the new server.
We are using netapp NAS storage access (8 eth. cards in each host with load balancing and failover) - speed of the network cards is criticall for us.
