Morning,

We had deleted a few users a while back but need to determine when the user was exactly deleted and where did it move its email to. Is there a way to do that?

We have Kerio Server running on Mac OS 10.6.8

Thanks

Search config log and look for lines " Delete User {name="username", domain="some domain.com", id=" keriodb://user/04DA0779-563A-11DD-8D91-000D939C31D4/50D4A11E -E067-4DDD-A5E8-253447831B1B"}". It will tell you date/time when the user was deleted. Unfortunately, there is no log where their data was moved (or if the mailbox was deleted).

Through looking at the Kerio admin, I found most of the logs only go back a month or two, Is there a way to look at the logs further back than that?

If your logs are configured for log rotation then you need to look into the logs directory in the message store and search the files locally.

Last questions how do you figure out if your logs are setup to log rotation? If not they are automatically overwritten?
