We are testing kerio for our in house use. We have a unique setup, our mx records sends all mail to our mail hosting provider let say abc.com. We have few remote users there and all local users are alias of a specific mail address. so in kerio we use downed from pop and use sorting rule to sort out the mails for local users. local users can send mail to other domain as well as to other local users. Local users can also receive mails from all local as well as other domain users and roaming users. Only point missing is that local users can't send mail to roaming users.

I guess for that we can use forward mail if user is not found on domain option from domain option. so we tried that and now mail can be sent to roaming users. we send all our mails using relay of our service provider as to not getting blacklisted for spamming and for some other security issues but they require authentication. to forward roaming users we use smtp.google.com because it does not require authentication. But every now and than users get mail that no greetings from remote host (smtp.google.com) how can I solve this problem.

Also let me know if we did something wrong way
