After migrating our Kerio Connect 7.1.0 build 1792 from OS X to a VPS on linux Debian 6 we have problems with ActiveSync not working properly.

In the logs we get a timeout on basiccally every ActiveSync ping request.
We just change a timeout value to 900 in /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_keepalive_time based on this post:
http://documents.made-it.com/iptables-timeout.html but until now it is not fixed.

If you need some logs let us know please.

I recommend to use the latest version. You can also contact our technical support if you have any problem.
Timeout for ActiveSync Ping connection should be at least 1600 seconds.

Hi Pavel,

We just renewed our subscription because of the problems and want to upgrade soon, but it is strange that this has been working for years on OS X and now causes problems on Linux? In my opinion this should work as expected...

Is there any evidence in the changelog that this will be fixed with an update on Kerio side and won't be anything else on the Debian/firewall settings?

We upgraded to 7.3.2 build 6388 and unfortunately Push is still not working. Looking at the logs made us hopeful it should work now but in al the tests only the pull gave us new mail.

Any ideas?

Please contact our technical support and provide ActiveSync debug log and the type of device. Without this information it's impossible to help. Thank you.

Already done Pavel thanks for the response. But so far I think its all the devices. Most of them iOS btw.

The full log is sent to Kerio Support, but this seems to be a consequent problem in the logs:
[09/Apr/2012 01:15:47][1864] {activesync} ActiveSyncPing::Execute: Monitored folders:
[09/Apr/2012 01:15:47][1864] {activesync} ActiveSyncPing::Execute: Waiting for changes...

Looking at the logs of a working server there has to be a list of monitored folders here... Correct?
