I came across the following need: I was abroad last week and I needed to call a customer support service on a foreign number.

If I was dialing the number from my cellphone, it would cost me alot since I'm abroad on a different provider and dialing foreign.

So my solution was: dial my home office, have someone there call the foreign number and forward the call to my phone. In that case I was receiving a call and I would not be charged at all. By using VOIP, the call costs itself would be limited.

It would be nice if Operator had a similar function like that. You call the Kerio Operator, type in some sort of "passcode". The line would then be disconnected and the Operator calls you back giving you the option to dial any number you want.

If I had a data connection on my phone, I would've used a SIP client ofcourse but I didn't Razz

There's no support for such feature in Kerio Operator 1.2X and it's not planed for Operator 2.0 (the next major version after 1.2). You may vote for it through the "Suggest idea" (aka uservoice) feature.
