I'm just curious if anyone else thinks that the Calendar directories should have it's own auto clean-out setting?

I would like to be able to clean-out old calendar files without effecting user's filed mail (folders created by the user).

As far as auto clean-out goes in general, I don't understand why Kerio includes user created folders in the clean-out process (or at least doesn't treat them separately). If a user has taken the care to file their mail, I don't want to delete anything they've made a conscious decision to file away. As such, I find the option for clean-out "All folder except contacts and notes" to be completely useless.

Any opinions?

I second this. I believe I submitted a feature request for this, but I can't remember for sure. You could very well submit the request again, that'll make them think this is more important.

Yes, need a mechanism to archive old calendar items to prune large calendar files. Also agree on the user folder items being excluded.
