Hello,
I have a some issues about connect VPN Clients to Site on Kerio Control.
I was created a VPN Server, and installed the VPN Client on another PC. I try to connect VPN by VPN client. The connection is successful. I can ping to my local network via VPN.
But i can not connect by shared file or access my File Server on Local network.
Could you please tell me or show me this reason?

Thanks for your support. Smile

I know this isn't the 'right' way to get around this, but we have deployed a host file to each client (during AD log on). We really need to investigate Kerio + DNS + routing settings to avoid the use of legacy tools like hosts files, but it does work.

We use AD domains and Kerio is a DNS forwarder for our internal DNS servers.

Thanks markt for your reply.
But my Kerio Control not join to my Domain. It's just a stand alone Firewall.
So, yesterday, i try to change another IP of my VPN and change rule on Firewall, but it not work anymore.
Please support for me.

Thanks

@Shinta,
Can you ping any system on your LAN from the VPN client system?
We use several years VPN client to LAN and it works fine.
What can help is to config the DNS forwarders in Control. Forward domain request to the IP number of your DNS server (DC). When Control is member of domain it will this do automatic, but when Control is used standalone you must tell it where to request internal DNS.

Thanks ITC and Me about your information.
I will check and find out the reason.
The first, i must change the DNS to internal DNS. The second, i change the VPN rule to low priority. Because when i put the rule high priority, the Firewall will read the rule first. Smile
So, now i can connect and access to File Server already.

Thanks for your support.
