Hi,

I am trying to integrate with Kerio Connect and have configured the option in Voicemail > Email > Send each users message to email > integrate with Kerio Connect

My users for Connect and Operator are all in Apple Open Directory Server 10.6.8.

KC and KO boxes are on the same LAN.

After integration I check voicemail from a phone I get 'Comedian Mail... Enter Mailbox... Enter Password... Login incorrect'.

The warning log in KO shows:

[25/Apr/2012 17:12:35] phones asterisk[2551]: WARNING[2573]: app_voicemail_imap.c:2567 in inboxcount2: Kerio Connect integration error. Mailbox for extension 120 doesn\'t exist or the IMAP mailbox is not available.
[25/Apr/2012 17:12:35] phones asterisk[2551]: WARNING[2573]: app_voicemail_imap.c:2567 in inboxcount2: Kerio Connect integration error. Mailbox for extension 121 doesn\'t exist or the IMAP mailbox is not available.

If I uncheck Voicemail > Email > Send each users message to email and reboot the phones normal voicemail operation returns, and goes striaght to 'You have x messages'.

Please can you point me in the right direction to integrate with Connect?

To active the voicemail for each user you have to enter correct user's email address in the user editor dialog.

The user's email address in KO is pre-filled from the Open Directory server and can't be altered. Our email naming convention is firstname.lastname<_at_>company.com, and this is what KO was pulling from Open Directory.

After I changed the OD email addresses to shortname<_at_>company.com for each user it worked.

The admin manual does state "Use an original email address (not an alias). Otherwise emails will not be delivered in the user's inbox." It might be helpful to clarify what an 'original email address' is since Kerio Connect uses 'alias' in a slightly different context.

As a feature request, it would be helpful to allow aliases here at some point.
