I am running with a 2GB quota on my users. I have a user who hit quota, they then cleaned up their box. After deleting messages, it showed zero change to the quota, and he was unable to receive new messages because it still believes he was at quota.

I logged into the server, and looked at the actual folder of the user. It only showed 1GB of space, so he should only be using 50% of his quota. In the past, Kerio has adjusted the quoted as the users deleted their messages. How do I get it to correct the issue?
