I'm having trouble with XP/Vista clients not getting on the internet. When any browser is launched, Kerio Web service box appears asking to confirm Username and Password to access the internet. The default is set to "Always allow users to authenticate when accessing webpages. This Works along side AD 2003

Kerio doesn't accept the username and password and just says its incorrect... which it isn't!

It's odd because Kerio allows a few users on FINE but then suddenly stops working for the rest. The successful number of users can vary, for instance this morning it allowed 5 users to authenticate and the other 10 users didn't get on.

I've recently upgraded to the latest version and this didnt have any effect at all.

I'm wondering if it's possible, someone may have my license key and using the software else where...

Any ideas?

Many thanks
