Hello,

We are evaluating KW 2.0 Beta as a project management tool for a consulting firm in the construction industry. The file syncing tool is critical to their requirements, So they can wait for the production release of KW 2.0.

They have multiple projects for multiple customers running concurrently.

The group feature appears to work well however when sharing spaces and files, is it possible to limit user and group views? For example Team A for Customer A only sees Team A which is a group. Another way to accomplish could be to shut off sharing except for administrators at the consulting group.

Thanks

Hello,

it's not possible to hide users and groups from each other. You can always see the list of all other people who are using Workspace.

You would probably like to hide your multiple customers from each other, right? So that the customer only sees (selected) people from the company, doesn't see any other customer, and only people from your company can see everybody else.

Sorry for the delay in responding.

You have perfectly described what our initial customer would like to see in the second paragraph of your reply. Its a fairly standard permission type I would think.
