I have seen posts from 09 regarding this problem. But to update, when footers are appended to outgoing messages, there is no distinction as to whether those outgoing messages are first time messages or replies as part of a conversation. As it is, for every mail going out, the footer is applied. So after slew of back and forth you have that many footers repeated.

I have one client, where the receiving mail service spam filter blocks due to repeated phrases. Is there any update or plans to force only one footer per mail conversation?

Also, it looks pretty ridiculous to have a footer repeated so many times.

Hi

I agree, it is not good to include the same footer many times.
Are there any solutions/workarounds for this?
