Hi

We have just updated our Kerio to version 7.4. All Windows XP clients update went fine, execpt our Windows 7 clients. Here we got a error message: Error 1324. The path Eigene Dateien contains an invalid character. The folder Eigene Dateien for example at: \\b2p1\eigenedateien\sar\Eigene Dateien

Any help?

TIA
Ralf

did you try and use a local path, not an UNC?

The use from a local path is not allowed here. The same configuration works on the XP clients.

Redirection of user folders on Windows 7 is working different way than on Windows XP and it can be somehow damaged.
There is an error in Kerio Outlook Connector (KOFF) installation that occurs when Documents folder is redirected and this redirection is not working correctly.

Manual installation of Kerio Outlook Connector should work. If this workaround doesn't work, try to redirect the folder to local path temporarily
