I have a dilemma regarding calendars in Outlook 2010.

We are trialing Kerio Connect 7.4 and hoping this will replace exchange 2007, I have been asked by numerous colleagues if, when sharing a calendar, and having full control (such as the PA to the CEO) can they create events/appointments/meetings and send them as if from the person who's calendar it is. For example, the CEO would like to invite a number of colleagues to a meeting but has asked his PA to send it on behalf of him, via his shared calendar - linked the the PA's account. When the PA goes to do this, the meeting is sent out and is seen to be sent from her account rather than the CEO's account - she then gets the I can/t attend notifications not the CEO.

In Above the 'To..' field (in the create a Meeting window), there is a 'From' button with a drop down option, but as we are working with the Kerio Connect integration for Microsoft Outlook 2010 there are no other options for selecting other email accounts.

As she is creating the event from her account but the CEO's calendar, assumptions were made that the events would be sent from the CEO.
Has this been done before and if so can anybody shed light on how to make this work as this was flawless with exchange

many thanks Ryan
