Hei

Since a while, we are receiving this Error Messages every time we update Kerio Connector.

Some users just receive a few of this messages, other users 15 or more.

We couldn't possibly find out, what's responsible for generating this messages. The Kerio Error Log is clean. We also cleared the outlook connector cache and reinstalled the software.

The last update was made from version 7.3.0 to 7.3.3 and those messages appeared on almost all of the over 70 Kerio accounts.

Windows XP Pro or Windows 7 pro 64Bit
MS Office 2007 SP3

Server:

Debian Squeeze
Kerio Connector 7.3.3

This night I'm going to update to the newest version 7.4 and we'll see what happens, about the error messages.

Has anyone ever experienced a similar error before? Google didn't spit out anything useful, though I found some old release notes, that describe this 8004011b error. It was solved with version 6.5.1 Confused

Bitte senden Sie den Inhalt des Ordners '__keriomapi__STORE/Failed_Conversions' mit diesem Bericht an Kerio Technologies.

These messages inform you there is some mail in your store on server which is not possible to download into KOFF because of some problem inside of the mail (it may be our bug however most probable is that the mail is corrupted somehow).
You can find little bit more info in KOFF's debug.log (i.e. on client side not on server one) and version 7.4 also shows more information in Failed Conversion message.
The reason you see these messages each time you upgrade is that KOFF marks all messages it can't convert but clears this flag with each its new version to give them a new try of conversion.
