Hi Im in the process of setting up trial email continuity to see if it can be done with Kerio. I need to set about email journalling on Kerio for the continuity to work.

I currently have around 60 users on the exchange/Imap settings.
Not the Pop3 which is what the continuity program requires at least that what its asking for.

Has anyone had any experience setting up continuity and what to turn on for the journalling?

Thanks for your help..

Rob

Hi Anyone from Kerio able to help? I don't really fancy spending £55 on support for someone to tell me that Kerio doesn't support journalling. Which is apparantly needed for the updating of the users mirrored emails or at least thats what I can work out.

Thanks

Maybe you could elaborate more on what you are trying to do? Journalling is usually a property of the file system, not of applications, but maybe I just don't understand the context of your questions.

Hi Sorry
Managed to work it out. It was down to different terminologies (Kerio-Archiving and Microsoft-Journalling) and the instructions were for Microsoft Exchange. Ended up just being down to a security issue and having to change the server configuration to allow access over non secure pop.

Thanks
