I went ahead and set up a separate rule for FaceTime, as we had always had trouble getting FaceTime to work.

I set up the rule to be the IP address of the iPhone, and set source/destination to Any, and set to allow, and set accounting for everything.

I can't find any of this traffic in the logs. I did, however, see a dial in log. Is that the only log for iPhone FaceTime traffic?

I found the solution.

First, find out the ports FaceTime Uses.

Second, create a couple of rules for these ports (inc and outgoing), make sure to use NAT, and set the "Protocol checking" to "none".
