Hi i'm evaluating winroute 6 on windows2003 server enterprise..
i have problems connecting with ftp outside the lan.

Every time i have this error:
Connecting to xx.xx.xx.xx:21
Connected to xx.xx.xx.xx:21 in 0.000000 seconds, Waiting for Server Response
421 Service not available (The FTP server is not responding.)
Failed to receive response after connect
Host type (1): Automatic detect

when i stop the firewall it works fine... i can connect to the ftp server.

i attached traffic policy screen shot.

i have also disabled antivirus .

Can anyone can help?

p.s
i have also added a new rule in the ftp policy "issue any command on any server

Try to add the following rule:

source: your PC IP or Internal IP-group
destination: WAN
service: ALL
allow

I have a similar problem,
I do get a connection over port 21
but when the portlistening command starts sending data
over different ports nothing work of course Cool
