Hi,

I have a small installation of Kerio Connect. It was running happily until a power outage this morning. When power was restored IMAP and SMTP appear to be working but all web access (Admin Console, Web Mail, Mobile Sync) are not responding.

Where would I go to look what might be the issue? I've checked syslog and other logs in /var/logs, but nothing to mention in there. According to netstat the ports are listening.

Thanks, Ryan

Logs are store in /opt/kerio/mailserver/store/logs

Thanks, I'll check those other log folders when I have access again. Sorry was in a hurry and posted very quickly :/. Running the vmware linux image. I think it may be a firewall issue because later I was able to access mobile email from an external IP (Or the system has fixed itself now...)

Thanks for the help. Turns out it was a firewall issue. Kerio was running fine Smile. Funny thing was the power didn't go out for the firewall!. Must have been a coincidence.
