Hello Everyone,

I have lost the ability to add users to groups, either by going into the user details -> Groups or going into the Group properties and trying to add another user.

Both the Add/Remove buttons are Grayed out.

I have tried IE9/Chrome on Windows and Chrome/Safari on OSX.

I have also enabled the builtin admin acccount and tried with that as well no luck.

Any ideas?

If the groups are mapped from Active Directory, then you need to manage group membership in AD configuration.

Yup that's exactly my problem. Thanks.

Also FYI I checked the help documentation for both these pages and it didn't mention this either. Perhaps putting something in this pages help would help others like myself Smile Razz
