Our users have a problem when they send email and when type a user and Outlook suggest a user and user than just click it, like John Doe, and than it is on adress form John Doe, not an email, but when you put mouse on it or double click it you get mail like john.doe<_at_> So when user does that it gets this error below. If than actually type an email again than it works and can send email. But problem is because they must type all email adresses again.

It is a known issue. We suppose that this issue occurs when address saved in Outlook address cache is somehow damaged.

Unfortunatelly we are not able to reproduce it.

Typically this affects just some address. So try to delete not working cached address from Outlook (it is possible to delete Outlook suggestions by Delete key) and fill the address manualy again. Next time should be address suggested by Outlook correct.
