I have a workstation running Office 2011 and up-to-date OS X 10.6. Kerio is version 7.4.0. The user has their account setup in Outlook and it's all peachy. But this person also needs read/write access to the CEO's calendar. When I add this, Outlook will inevitably freeze and a force quit is the only remedy. Sometimes this freezing happens during the initial sync and sometimes it happens a week later. This most recent time, I watched activity monitor to see what was going on. Soon after Outlook contacts the server and starts syncing, it goes from using 65MB of RAM to 1.34GB.
I take Outlook offline, enable debugging, and then bring it back online. The resulting log is an endless stream of what looks like the same sync message over and over:

Because this is the CEO's calendar, wiping it is not an option, but I'm not quite sure what my next troubleshooting step should be. Any ideas?

It's possible synchronization fails on some special/corrupted/invalid message.
I think you should try upgrade Kerio Connect to version 7.4.1 and check Outlook 2011 is fully patched. (Latest version is 14.2.2 - http://www.microsoft.com/mac/downloads )
Check error log and warning log on server for any suspicious messages. Enable also "EWS" module in debug log to see more.
