We have been phasing out our Blackberry phones for the last 6 months due to limitation of Kerio Connect with a BES server. I notice in KC 7.4.1 that the old phones are still listed on the mobile devices tab for each user. They no linger have an account on the BES server but Kerio still doesn't give me the option to remove the device. Anyone got a tip on which file I need to edit for each user?
Thanks

We had an issue with removing some of our BB phones.

HUGE DISCLAIMER! This probably isn't the correct way to fix this but it worked for us without causing any problem.

We use a Windows server I don't know if the Kerio file structure is the same for other OS's but I guess it will be similar.

On the mail server in the users store there is a folder named #sync. In here there is a .ASY file for the device, moving the file out of the directory removes the device. The contents of the file are readable in a text editor if you need to get the device ID if you don't know which one to move.

Worked perfectly. I found that our stuck Blackberries have a .bes file type. Deleting that file cleared them from the mobile devices list.
Thanks!
