Hello!

Im trying to implement kerio operator in my company, and in my tests i have problems to make and receive external calls through my sip provider (VONO - Brasil). Recommended parameters to use asterisk with Vono in 3 times "w" dot falevono dot com dot br /asterisk/ (sorry about it, is my first post and i cant use links until i have 5 posts..)

Under admin / Call Routing i create an interface called "VONO", with 2 external numbers (provided by sip provider) separated with comma, and Hostname, port number, username, password, parameters filled. Routing of outgouing calls was associate with VONO interface, with 0 preffix.
When dialing 0 + number - x-lite 4 "fail to establish call" mesage appears after (+/-) 10 seconds of "Calling" status.

Warning log and debug generated: operator.log attached

And if i check the checkbox called "Required to register with Registrar" option in External Sip Properties my Vono gets an warning icon with "interface is not registered or cofigured..)

Everything is OK with internal calls (between extensions or pbx services)

Under configuration - System - NAT Suppport - i have checked Nat enabled with my external DSL router IP.

Thank's!

Hi

the "Required to register with Registrar" option should be enabled.

It looks like Operator doesn't receive responses from your provider. Could you please double check that you typed in the correct external IP address. You can use the "Get My Public IP" button, or Internet services such as "http://www.whatismyip.com/". Do you have a static public IP address or is there a possibility that it changes in time?

If you still struggle with making it work, I would need a support info file (System Health-> Support information) and packet dump from a time when calling fails. You can reach me at fjenicek <at> kerio <dot> com.

Best
Filip

Thank you Filip, problem solved.

In my network topology there are two hops until arrive the internet. (Public IP on DSL Router -> Firewall -> Kerio Operator)
The problem was in admin - system - nat support, on public ip i use my internet public ip. The right thing is put my next hop wan's ip, in my case the wan ip of my firewall.

Vono Sip provider configuration:
Call Routing - external interface (SIP)
check required to register with registrar checkbox
use your vono username in User id differs from the telephone number.
