We have a Kerio Connect server running Mac OS X 10.6.8 Server on Xserve. Version is 7.3.1. Haven't upgraded because of some negative reports on 7.4.1. Anyway, some users are experiencing weird problems when trying to synchronize contacts using Address Book configured using CardDAV. The account would appear to be syncing (no offline squiggle icon), but if you try to modify a contact or add a contact, the change is not populated onto the server. I checked the server, and did not see any error log. Does anyone have similar issues?

Thanks.

I can advise looking at logs on Mac clients (Console.app).

I will remote into the client's machine tonight and provide console log with some testing.

Thanks for the recommendation. I pinned down the problem to a contact whose job title wasn't being synchronized. Address Book complained about invalid character or some sort. I removed the contact and recreated it from the web interface, with the exact same information, then it was fine. Log included below if you are interested, but this is resolved as far as I am concerned.

Thanks again.
